bioculturalism represents a frame for mobilizing change based on an understanding of ourselves as conscious occupants of a fragile planet. It is the expression of a value system that emphasizes relationships, agency, intersectionalism, altruism, and democratic principles as viable human forms designed to replace capitalism, extractionism, authoritarianism and individualism as social and cultural defaults.
